Who we are
Professor AI Holdings, trading as The Professor AI, is responsible for your information. Contact us about anything in this notice at navigator@theprofessor.info.
What we collect and why

Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email, and we will delete your details.
Where it is kept and who sees it
Your details are stored in a database hosted by Neon in London, and the website runs on a DigitalOcean server in London. Both act as our processors. Only The Professor AI can see the list. We do not sell or share it, and the waitlist page uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
Like any website, our server keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for up to 14 days to protect the site from misuse. They are not used for anything else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after the Navigator opens if you have not signed up by then, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
